Booking and Cancellation procedures
1. To confirm
the safari, you will be required to pay a 20% non-refundable
deposit of the total tour cost. The balance of the final
amount is to be paid not later than eight weeks prior to
the safari departure.
2. Cancellation
of any booking is only effective on receipt of written notification.
Should the cancellation be prior to eight weeks before the
planned departure of the safari, the deposit is forfeited.
3. Cancellation
5 weeks prior to the safari departure - 50% refund of the
balance payment.
4. Cancellation
three weeks prior to the safari departure - there will be
no refund.

Verified circumstances, leading to cancellations will be
viewed with complete fairness.

Endeavour safaris wishes to inform the guest that as a condition
of booking the sole responsibility lies with the guest to
ensure that they carry the correct comprehensive and medical
travel Insurance to cover themselves, as well as any dependants/travelling
companions for the duration of their trip to Southern Africa.
7.
Endeavour Safaris reserves the right to occasionally change
routes and schedules according to unseen circumstances that
may arise

Photography – The company reserves the right without
further notice to make use of any photograph or film taken
on tour by our photographers without payment or permission.
We guarantee no photographs of a compromising nature will
be used.
Banking details
will be presented on confirmation of the safari.
